Backyard Terrors and Dinosaur Park

Backyard Terrors and Dinosaur Park

In Bluff City, Tennessee, there is a backyard dinosaur park. This Dinosaur Park is a one-of-a-kind attraction nestled in the Tennessee highlands. The park is actually a private mansion built on an adjacent plot of land.

Unlike many other parks, this one has genuine dinosaur sculptures that the property owner carved himself. Stunningly detailed dinosaur statues abound on this site. While the majority of dinosaur sculptures are made of plastic, others are constructed of metal.

The park features scale reconstructions of dinosaurs from recent scientific discoveries on a self-guided walking track. Each dinosaur has a sign with information about its classification and finding. A velociraptor cage, a fossil dig site, and a Mesozoic nature path are all part of the park.

Backyard Terrors and Dinosaur Park is a real thrill coaster that is located in the middle of nowhere. Guests can witness an animatronic velociraptor at the end of the trip. Because Backyard Terrors and Dinosaur Park operate on an honor system, it is safe to wander about the grounds without supervision.

Although admission is free, a recommended donation is appreciated. The park is open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and accepts donations at the entrance. You may learn more about the park and how to donate by visiting the park’s Facebook page. If you’re planning a family trip to Bluff City, make sure to plan your time at this park well in advance. So don’t be hesitant to bring your family and friends to our dinosaur park. You’ll be happy you did!
